Terms and refunds

These terms cover your use of The Personality Report, run by Known by One, LLC (131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA). By using the site you agree to them.

What the tests are

The tests describe personality for self-reflection and interest. They are not a psychological, medical or mental health assessment and do not diagnose anything. Do not use them to make decisions about hiring, firing or admitting anyone. Results reflect the answers you give on the day and can change.

Reports and prices

Free results are free. A full report costs $19 and the All Reports bundle costs $29, charged once in US dollars through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The report opens on screen as soon as payment goes through, and we email you the link. Keep the link: it is how you open your report again.

The All Reports bundle covers the full report for every test on the site, including tests we add later, for the answers you give on each test.

Refunds

If your report is not what you expected, email contact@thepersonalityreport.com within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. If a report fails to open or has an error, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

Using the content

The test statements we wrote, the type and trait descriptions and the reports are our copyright. You may keep, print and share your own report for personal use. The Big Five statements come from the International Personality Item Pool, which is in the public domain.

Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a result or report, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
